Our voices can do satire, too

“Special times call for special formats: the Browser Ballett is the salted plaster for the wounds of a confused society.”

That's how funk – the content network of ARD and ZDF – describes the satire show it produces, which has been appearing on social media for five years now and on television since December 2020. Since 2016, Schlecky Silberstein, Christina Schlag and Raphael Selter have been developing short films, sketches, stunts and more for YouTube and co.
In their latest episode, “Wenn Frauen streiken…” (When women go on strike…), they show with humour how lost the world would be if all women went on strike at the same time.

Our voices have been a fixture of the Browser Ballett for many years. For “Wenn Frauen streiken...”, Martin Wehrmann was at the microphone. Other regular voices include Paulina Weiner, Lisa Braun, Sven Riemann, Susanne Hauf and Nadja Schulz-Berlinghoff.
