When we moved into our agency premises in Neukölln's Schillerkiez at the end of 2015, part of our concept was to create a place for exchange, one that fosters ideas and visions. With our event series Loft-Kultur we created a format that connects art and culture with the advertising and film industry. Time and again, our loft makes room for art exhibitions, for acting out creative ideas – or for seminars and workshops.
We're delighted that life and exchange are returning to our space after the pandemic years. And we're all the more pleased that Susanne Hauf and Nora Jensen have decided to hold a seminar day with us on 21 October 2023: “Raising your voice with clarity – giving yourself space”. The seminar is aimed at anyone who wants to claim their space and raise their voice authentically, respectfully and clearly.
Susanne Hauf is a voice and communication trainer and a voice artist. She combines her educational knowledge and the person-centred approach with her passion for the spoken word and more than 25 years of experience as a voice artist. She designs her voice and communication training in a highly individual, needs-based way, following a modular principle.
Nora Jensen is an actress heart and soul and works just as passionately as a coach, author, tango and acting teacher. She draws on decades of experience working in various arts. From this, and from her love of research and observation, she has created her very own coaching mix. Her authentic manner creates an approachability that rubs off on the people she works with.
What Susanne Hauf and Nora Jensen share is their professionalism, the wide range of qualifications from their different fields, as well as warmth, great empathy, openness and mutual trust. Their enthusiasm for their subjects and for working as a team is what gives them their very special charm.
In this seminar they work with participants on a linguistic, mental and physical level. After an introduction to both subject areas, these are examined more closely, explored, experienced and felt. In various sessions with tried-and-tested exercises and discussions of the two elements, voice and space, participants receive many easy-to-follow, practical tools they can use in their private and professional lives. And all of this with plenty of fun. It's about how to raise your voice in a relaxed, clear and confident way in all areas of life, how to take up space, how to open up to new things in a communicative, calm and supportive way – and how to stay true to yourself.
