Caro Mendelski has wanted to be a voice actor since she first heard the "Bibi Blocksberg" and "Die Drei ???" audio dramas as a child. When Caro was a teenager, several editors at DASDING Radio noticed her voice and she landed her first small jobs. Since then, Caro has been practically addicted to working behind the microphone. While still training at the Stuttgart State University of Music and Performing Arts, she landed her first dubbing role in 2014 and now works in the recording studio across every conceivable genre: she voices news segments for SWR2, dubs anime superheroines (including in "Laidbackers"), and excels in commercials (e.g. as brand voice for Triodos Bank), as voiceover for documentaries and in corporate films (e.g. Bauknecht and Thyssenkrupp). The artistic director of ARTE was so impressed by her that he meticulously researched how to contact her and made her the channel's permanent trailer voice in 2018. In addition to German, she also speaks Polish at native level.
