Julia Tzschätzsch has become an indispensable presence in German public broadcasting as both a presenter and voice artist. Born in Kiel, she studied Political Science in Münster. Even during her studies, she worked as an author for WDR and for a United Nations podcast. In her first job at ZDF, she was responsible for voicing content for the first time. Working at the microphone has captivated her ever since. Julia Tzschätzsch has now been a permanent member of the presenting team at Hessischer Rundfunk for over ten years. She presents on hr3, the largest public radio station in the state of Hesse, and works on numerous television programmes for hr-Fernsehen. She is also the station voice for hr4.
