Ben Affleck

Ben Affleck was born on August 15, 1972 in Berkeley, California (USA) and works as an actor, director, screenwriter and producer.

Ben Affleck appeared in various television roles as a child. In the late 1990s, he co-wrote the screenplay for 'Good Will Hunting' with Matt Damon, for which both were awarded a Golden Globe and an Oscar in 1998.

Since the late 1990s, Ben Affleck has appeared in many film productions. In 2001, for example, he played the role of Capt. Rafe McCawley in 'Pearl Harbor'. In 2016, Ben Affleck was seen in the role of Bruce Wayne in 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice'.

For the film 'Argo' (2012), Ben Affleck worked as both director and lead actor. In 2013, Ben Affleck received an Oscar for Best Picture as director and a Golden Globe for Best Director.

From the mid-1990s to the mid-2000s, Ben Affleck was primarily dubbed by Johannes Berenz for the German-language versions of his films. Subsequently, actor and voice actor Peter Flechtner took over as Ben Affleck's German voice in most dubbing versions.
