Gillian Anderson is best known for her role as Dana Scully alongside David Duchovny as Fox Mulder in almost all 202 episodes of the television series 'The X-Files'. She also played this role in the two feature films 'The X-Files: Fight the Future' (1998) and 'The X-Files: I Want to Believe' (2008).

After 'The X-Files' series ended, Gillian Anderson relocated to London. There she appeared in films such as 'The Mighty Celt' (2005) and 'A Cock and Bull Story' (2005).
