Thomas Middleditch was born on March 10, 1982, in Nelson, British Columbia, Canada, and is an actor, comedian, and voice actor. He studied acting at George Brown Theatre School in Toronto and began his career in improvisational theater before moving to Los Angeles to establish himself in film and television.
Thomas Middleditch achieved his breakthrough in 2014 with the lead role of Richard Hendricks in the HBO series "Silicon Valley" (2014-2019). In this highly acclaimed comedy series about the tech start-up scene, he portrayed a socially awkward programmer trying to make it big with his company Pied Piper. The role earned him several nominations, including for an Emmy as Best Lead Actor in a Comedy Series. Alongside this, Thomas Middleditch appeared in films such as "The Final Girls" (2015), "Godzilla: King of the Monsters" (2019), and "Zombieland: Double Tap" (2019).
Thomas Middleditch also made a name for himself as a voice actor. He voiced Captain Underpants in the DreamWorks Animation "Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie" (2017) and has been heard in various animated productions.
