Radio dramas and radio have fascinated Dirk Herold since childhood. So it came as no surprise that his voice-over career began in 1993 with presenter training at Radio Gong Regensburg. From 1994 to 1997, he was a presenter and promo voice at Radio PSR in Leipzig, and from 1998 to 2001, a presenter at Radio NRJ Sachsen. Since 1994, Dirk has also been working as a commercial voice artist. He particularly enjoys recordings where he's given creative freedom and can fully express his talent. Dirk Herold is also frequently booked when an authentic Saxon dialect is required. On one occasion, he even had to record a poem in Saxon dialect for ARD Sportschau. The list of clients and brands that trust Dirk continues to grow. He has already provided his German voice for Palmolive, Johanniter Hausnotruf, ZDF Winter Olympics, UVEX, Ritter Sport, Telekom, and Tank & Rast.
