Franziska Lessing discovered her love for voice work during her acting studies at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK). Her first time in front of a microphone came when a fellow actor and voice artist called to ask if she could spontaneously be at a recording studio in thirty minutes for a voice-over session. With little experience and a racing heart, she rose to the challenge – and has been captivated by voice work ever since. Since 2018, she has been working as a professional voice artist, lending her voice to a wide variety of productions. She brings equal passion and skill to dubbing for live-action and animated films, audiobooks and radio plays, commercials and voice-overs, and narration for documentaries.
