Nora Jokhosha initially studied acting at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen. After graduating, she went on to work at theatres including the Schauspielhaus Bochum, the Junges Staatstheater Wiesbaden, and the Volkstheater Frankfurt. Since 2004, Nora has also appeared regularly in various television series and TV movies. Alongside her acting career, she has devoted herself passionately to voice work for over 20 years. Nora has a pleasant, versatile voice: from natural, clear, youthful, and sweet to sensual, warm, emotional, and feminine, as well as distinctive. She has been the German dubbing voice for Felicity Jones, Ana de Armas, Charlotte Ritchie, and most recently Jessica Camacho in All Rise and S.W.A.T. In addition to dubbing, her repertoire includes audiobooks, radio plays, corporate films, voice-overs, off-camera narration, games, and commercials. She has voiced campaigns for brands such as Hello Fresh, Tempo, Mastercard, Buderus, Depot, Ferrero, Axa, Weleda, Nivea, Westwing, and many more. From 2008 to 2021, she regularly provided the narration and various voice-overs for the cultural magazine Metropolis (arte). Since 2021, she has been the regular voice for the MDR programme Der Osten – Entdecke wo du lebst.
