In the early 1980s, trained psychologist Eva-Maria Kurz completed her private acting training under the guidance of various instructors from the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin. Initially, she was primarily seen performing on various theatre stages. More recently, however, she has been appearing regularly in film and television productions, including SOKO Wismar, Großstadtrevier, Tatort and Löwenzahn. The native Swabian has also been working as a voice artist for over ten years. Eva-Maria particularly enjoys stimulating her listeners' imagination through language and voice alone. She enthusiastically voices documentaries and features for Arte, Galileo, SWR and Deutschlandfunk, among others, but especially roles in children's audiobooks and radio plays. Her warm, mature voice can also be heard in commercials for ING-DiBa, Penny, Bild, Telekom and Samsung, to name a few.
