As a child, Marike Otto enthusiastically imitated everything involving speech and song—whether radio plays, commercials, series, or films. Since then, she has continuously trained and refined her voice, starting in her school's drama group, later through professional voice coaching and partial training in speech therapy. In 2014, she finally turned her passion into a profession and began working as a presenter at Jazzradio 106.8. Today, she stands behind the microphone across a wide range of genres, including numerous commercials, corporate films, audiobooks, and dubbing projects. She particularly enjoys lending her voice to sustainable or social projects and organizations, having worked in the past for clients such as Greenpeace, E.ON, and Caritas.
