Alfie Allen, born September 12, 1986, in London, is a British actor who achieved international recognition through his role in one of the most successful series of the 21st century. As the son of actor Keith Allen and film producer Alison Owen, and younger brother of singer Lily Allen, he grew up in an artistically influenced environment.
Alfie Allen gained his first on-camera experience in productions such as "Elizabeth" (1998) and "Agent Cody Banks 2" (2004). He achieved his international breakthrough in 2011 as Theon Greyjoy in the HBO series "Game of Thrones," where he portrayed a complex character development over eight seasons. His portrayal of the initially arrogant, later broken, and ultimately transforming Theon earned him an Emmy nomination for Best Supporting Actor in 2019.
