Since Andrew Golder was discovered as a voice artist by an experienced acting colleague in the late 1980s, his voice has become an integral part of the British voice-over landscape. Before he began working primarily as a microphone artist, he toured throughout Europe for many years as an opera singer, performing leading roles in works by Verdi and Wagner. Even during this time, Andrew also voiced several documentaries and corporate films. Since 2007, he has been working full-time as a voice artist—and very successfully! Many leading brands, companies and institutions such as Chanel, Kodak, Bank Austria and Telekom Austria have trusted his warm baritone voice and used it for international advertising campaigns. Thanks to his versatility, Andrew can sound equally dramatic as well as authoritative—he has even been booked as a voice impersonator of Sir Anthony Hopkins.
