Play and language have always been part of Carlos Lobo's life. As a child, they were important forms of expression for him, and at just 18, he completed his first internship at a radio station before moving on to drama school. He has now been working as an actor and voice artist for over thirty years. His work is characterized by great diversity and spans numerous genres: Many know his voice as the German dubbing voice of actor Javier Bardem (Salazar in "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales" and Raoul Silva in "Skyfall"), as Joel Miller in "The Last of Us" video game series, or as the established brand voice of Tesla. He particularly enjoys narrating audiobooks. And in all these areas, Carlos Lobo excels in two languages: he speaks both German and Spanish at native, accent-free level.
