"The weather is presented to you by..." Mario Pitz! At least, that's his voice making this announcement on ZDF-Morgenmagazin. Mario Pitz is a professional voice artist based in Stuttgart. From 2008 to 2013, he studied Speech Arts at the State University of Music and Performing Arts there, and has since been active across all voice-over genres – as an off-camera and voiceover talent for documentaries (including for ARTE and SWR), for commercials, corporate films, and e-learning projects. He has also voiced numerous roles in dubbing, from cool and enigmatic characters to youthful party animals – and even a small, talking car. His clients include major corporations such as BOSCH and Daimler, as well as many smaller businesses. A career highlight for him was voicing nationwide radio spots for Rossmann in 2019, raising awareness about microplastic-free products.
