Nombulelo Matolengwe was introduced to professional voice work by chance: while studying journalism and African studies at the University of Wisconsin, her distinctive voice led to repeated requests to record voice-overs for research projects. Small initial projects were followed by entire documentaries—and ultimately a complete reorientation of her career. For over fifteen years now, she has been at the microphone for productions of every genre, bringing documentaries, radio jingles and all kinds of commercials to life with great enthusiasm. With her clear voice and keen attention to detail, Nombulelo Matolengwe has already won over prestigious clients including Oral B, First National Bank and ABSA Bank.
