Steffen Brückner came to professional voice work when his doctor recommended finding a quieter career than live sound engineering in rock'n'roll if he wanted to preserve his hearing. As a passionate literature enthusiast, he turned to audiobook narration – and was immediately captivated by working behind the microphone. Since 2014, he has been regularly recording for a wide variety of clients. He has since expanded his repertoire to include numerous other genres, which he brings to life with great enthusiasm and meticulous attention to detail. However, audiobooks and audio dramas remain his particular passion to this day.
