Cornelia Schönwald completed her acting training at the Academy of Arts in Ulm in 1993 and has been working as a freelance actress, singer, voice actor and voice-over artist since 2001. Cornelia performs in theatre productions in Berlin. As a voice-over artist, she can be heard in numerous radio features and audio plays for WDR, NDR, rbb and Deutschlandfunk, as well as in documentaries, audio guides and audio descriptions. Cornelia Schönwald also performs in live audio plays and chanson programmes. She has been working as a dubbing actress since 2015. Cornelia developed a passion for audio plays in her early youth. Even back then, she could recite characters from the stories of Pumuckl and Jim Button by heart. Today, she still finds great joy in voicing different roles and characters. With her versatile, warm and trustworthy voice, she brings something special to every role and every script.
