Thomas Nicolai is a multi-talented performer who delights audiences across Germany as a comedian, parodist, actor, and voice artist. After completing his acting studies, he worked as an ensemble member at various Berlin theatres, including the GRIPS-Theater and the Berliner Ensemble. He has been working as a voice artist since the 1990s, primarily recording commercials (including for VW and HRS), audiobooks, audio dramas, and audio guides. He has become an indispensable presence in audiobooks and audio dramas in particular: his voice features in numerous productions for Audible as well as for WDR, MDR, and NDR. For the audio drama series "Käptn Sharky," he has not only been a regular voice artist for 15 years but has also served as author, director, and producer since 2019.
