Joe Pesci

The American actor and singer Joseph 'Joe' Francesco DeLores Eliot Pesci was born on February 9, 1943, in Newark (New Jersey, USA). He appeared on television as a child in the series 'Star Time Kids'. As a teenager, he performed on various theater stages and appeared as a singer in nightclubs.

Joe Pesci made his film debut in the unsuccessful crime film 'The Death Collector' in 1976. After that, further acting offers failed to materialize. After Joe Pesci had already said goodbye to acting, he received an offer to appear in Martin Scorsese's 'Raging Bull' (1980). Alongside Robert De Niro, he played the role of Joey LaMotta.
