Kai Peterson discovered professional voice acting when he shared a dressing room at the theater in Vienna for two years with Wolfgang Pampel, the German dubbing voice of Harrison Ford. Inspired by him, the trained sound engineer, actor, and singer began his first work at the microphone and was immediately hooked. He has been working as a voice artist since 2000 and particularly appreciates that the industry focuses less on appearance than acting does. The ability to slip into even more diverse roles is exemplified in his repertoire: Kai Peterson voices virtually every conceivable genre, including dubbing, commercials and corporate films, audiobooks and radio plays, as well as voiceover and narration for documentaries – and all of this optionally in accent-free US English as well.
