After extensive training and work as an actor (in theatre as well as television), Markus Hamele's path increasingly led him to the recording studio. Even in his childhood, he was passionate about working with language, and he immediately fell in love with working at the microphone. Since 2019, he has voiced various productions, with his focus primarily on audiobooks (including a great deal of Sherlock Holmes) and commercials. He particularly enjoys recording the latter in his native Upper Austrian dialect as well.
