Diane Lane was born on January 22, 1965, in New York City and has been a prominent figure in Hollywood as an actress for decades. She first appeared on stage at the age of six, and made her film debut at 13. Diane Lane achieved her first major success in 1979 with the drama "A Little Romance", for which she received a Golden Globe nomination.
